Michael is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering at the Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls. The research for his 2013 OTREC scholarship consists of an area-wide traffic analysis of the Hwy97 / Dan Obrien Way intersection in Klamath Falls, including a detailed microscopic traffic simulation.
